Villa Hermosa is a luxurious, contemporary property, only built in 2016, it has modern, tasteful furnishings throughout. Situated in a great location, with glorious views to the sea, this villa provides everything you need for the perfect holiday. The stand out feature of the villa is the huge panoramic windows, giving a truly stunning view and an elegant, up-market atmosphere.
As you enter there is a large living/dining room, taking full advantage of the light and these views. There is an office with access to the terrace, as well as an ensuite double bedroom. The open kitchen has everything you need to try your hand at some Spanish classics. On the lower ground floor, there is a double bedroom, with ensuite. There are two further double bedrooms on the upper floor of the property.
The external facilities truthfully make this place shine. The swimming pool is almost irresistible. All together the property has five large terraces, perfect for enjoying the mild Spanish climate and maybe a glass or two of local Spanish wine. From here you can watch the sunset as the last orange rays disappear before twilight beckons the stars. There is plenty of room for al-fresco dining.
The villa would be perfect for families and groups of friends, with abundant room to socialise and enjoy your own space. The location of Villa Hermosa is ideal, situated in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope. It is only 5km to the beach and all the amenities of Xabia are only a short distance away. It would be hard to resist spending all your time by the fabulous private pool, however there are also many opportunities for summer sports, walking or even golf in the surrounding areas, so there is something for everyone! The villa is situated in a great location in a well-known resort in the eastern part of the region. It is 110km south-east from Valencia and 90km north-east from Alicante. The resort has all the amenities you could need, with a shopping centre,supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars, disco and evening entertainment. Thanks to the mild Spanish climate, this area is suitable to both summer and winter holidays.
There is a fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. The typical fiestas are San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July, if you’d like to experience a local celebration! As the houses are often situated in the hills, giving privacy, a car is preferable for this location.
