With four large double bedrooms and one twin spread over two floors, all with ensuite and access to balconies or the terrace with spectacular views, there is abundant space to please everyone. The villa has a modern, open kitchen for you to try your hand at some Spanish classics! There is a choice to dine both inside or al-fresco at your convenience. The location of Villa Romina is enviable, situated in a quiet, sunny, elevated position on a slope. It is only 2km to a pebble beach and 5km from a sandy beach. All the amenities of Xábea are only a short distance away. It would be hard to resist spending all your time by the magnificent private pools and villa, however there are also many opportunities for summer sports, walking or even golf in the surrounding areas, so there is something for everyone! The villa is situated in a great location in a well-known resort in the eastern part of the region. It is 110km south-east from Valencia and 90km north-east from Alicante. The resort has all the amenities you could need, with a shopping centre,supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars, disco and evening entertainment. Thanks to the mild Spanish climate, this area is suitable to both summer and winter holidays.
There is a fish auction every afternoon in the port, covered market. The typical fiestas are San Juan in June and Moors and Christians in July, if you’d like to experience a local celebration! As the houses are often situated in the hills, giving privacy, a car is preferable for this location.
