Nestled away in a quiet spot in Estepona, this apartment puts you in a prime position to enjoy the wealth of attractions waiting to be discovered along the Andalusian coastline. However, we think the home taken on its own merits would be worth a visit regardless of its spot on the map.
Inside, the whitewashed walls and furnishings make for a cooling spot to escape to during the hottest part of the afternoon, as well as acting as a blank canvas against which house plants and colourful artwork pop off. We’ve only got kind words for the large size and sleek surfaces of the kitchen, while the private terrace out through the glass doors is ripe for a spot of sunbathing or alfresco dining.
There are a few other amenities that sweeten the deal even more – chief among them is the communal swimming pool surrounded by umbrellas and a pergola with a few dining tables in the shade. There’s also a court for padel, a variant of tennis that is becoming madly popular across the continent.
When you want to see a little more of the locale, La Resina Golf Club is all of 300 metres from the home and the sandy Hacienda beach is only two kilometres away, as well. Estepona’s charming old town lies six kilometres down the coastline if you’re in the mood for leisurely wandering between shops and restaurants.
