From the ground floor, an elevator and stairs lead to the first floor and three further bedrooms. The bedrooms are large and impressive, with banks of glass, shiny en-suite bathrooms, and terraces that invite you to step outside and soak up the far-reaching views. On the lower ground floor, you’ll find a fitness area, plus a sauna and steam room, but if you don’t fancy breaking a sweat, relax instead with a film on the cinema screen. Alternatively, rack up the balls on the billiard table.
On top of the property’s gorgeous interior, you’ll find an incredible outdoor space too. On the ground floor, glass doors from every room lead to a delightful terrace and landscaped garden. During the day, plunge into the first pool or take it easy on the shaded deck. You can also get in some laps in the second, larger pool or simply top up your tan on a lounger and stare at the superb views. Come evening, light the barbeque or prepare a delicious meal in the outdoor kitchen and dine alfresco. Be sure to spend a few hours lingering over a meal here while soaking up the views of the Serrania de Ronda Mountains, or if you’re feeling more adventurous, you can try your hand at canyoning through the gorges, waterfalls and plunge pools. Although the location is wonderfully tranquil, the Mediterranean shoreline is just a 15-minute drive away in Puerto Banus. The sandy beach here stretches for one kilometre, and you can enjoy swimming in the calm waters or charter a yacht and explore the coastline and its abundance of marine life. Alternatively, spend an afternoon browsing the designer shops, then head to the harbour for a bite to eat at one of the Michelin-starred restaurants. Enjoy fresh seafood while admiring the super yachts on the water, or simply relax with a drink and spot the rich and famous who frequent the area. Away from the seafront, there’s an aquarium, multi-screen cinema and a five-floor Spanish department store, while on Saturdays, a colourful market is held in the bullring.
And when it comes to evening entertainment, Puerto Banus has something for everyone, with vibrant nightclubs, popular piano bars, and beach parties that attract a well-heeled crowd. Puerto Banus dates back to Roman times, and away from the glitz and glamour, archaeological remains can still be seen.
