Close to the glamorous area of Puerto Banus sits this thoroughly modern five-bedroom townhouse. Furnished with style in mind, the interiors are cool and attractive, with almost every room drenched in light from glass doors and large windows.
On the ground floor, the open-plan living area is all neutral tones and soft furnishings, with the lounge featuring a huge sofa, ottomans and plump cushions adding to the laid-back vibe. During the day, slide open the floor-to-ceiling doors and let the warm Mediterranean breeze waft in, while in the evening, it’s the perfect spot to take it easy with a film on the huge Smart TV. When it’s time to eat, you’ll find a stylish and well-equipped kitchen with every appliance you’ll need to create a delicious meal. Serve casual meals at the breakfast bar, or for more sociable dining, gather everyone together at the table that overlooks the garden and pool. Heading downstairs, you’ll find a double bedroom, twin bedroom, and shared bathroom.
From the living area, an elegant staircase sweeps up to the first floor, where three double bedrooms are located. All the bedrooms are wonderfully comfortable, with whitewashed walls, contemporary furnishings, and shiny en-suite bathrooms. The main bedroom also boasts a private balcony so you can sit and bask in the morning sun.
Back on the ground floor, a shady terrace is dotted with garden furniture and an elegant dining table and overlooks a neat garden and private pool. There’s also a roof terrace where you can top up your tan on a sun lounger, chat with friends on the outdoor furniture or chill out in the hot tub. And when night falls, the large table is the perfect place for dining under the stars. The townhouse is set in a residential area, and there are plenty of nearby amenities. It’s a short walk to the beach and to Puerto Banus, with its luxury marina, designer shops and glamorous nightlife.Although the property is set in a residential area, the Mediterranean shoreline is just a short stroll away in Puerto Banus. Once a traditional fishing village, today, Puerto Banus is considered to be the most glamorous place on the Costa del Sol. Known for its designer stores, Michelin-starred restaurants, and a glittering marina filled with superyachts, it also boasts a long, sandy beach. It’s a good spot for a swim with its calm waters, or for a fun day out, charter a yacht and sail along the coastline. Away from the seafront, authentic Spanish department stores and local boutiques can be found.
Spend an afternoon browsing the shops or head to the bustling market, held on a Saturday, in the bullring in Nueva Andalucia. Located just a 2-minute walk from Puerto Banus, it’s one of the largest markets on the Costa del Sol and boasts more than 120 stalls. Here you’ll find everything from antique jewellery and local handicrafts to fresh fruit and vegetables.
Nueva Andalucia is also known as “Golf Valley”, and some of the finest courses on the Costa del Sol are less than a 10-minute drive from the property. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy a round at the famous Las Brisas, Los Naranjos, or Aloha golf courses, and after a day on the green, why not explore San Pedro de Alcantara? It’s a charming town with some wonderful bars and restaurants serving delicious tapas. Although there is plenty to see and do here, the town of Marbella is also worth a visit. Just 15 minutes away by car, it’s famous for its glitz and glamour, but away from the harbour, the old town is a pretty place to while away a few hours. Stroll through the narrow streets with its flower-filled window boxes and stop for a coffee in the Plaza de Los Naranjos.
