Vall d’Or Golf Club is based just under 15-minutes away. The Mondrago Nature Park is situated around 15-minutes away from the centre of Cala d’Or and is a bustling hub of incredible wildlife and horticulture. With four main nature trails to discover, guests can admire this amazing scenery at their own pace, allowing them to take in every ounce of wonder. This park is home to an eclectic range of majestic creatures such as Algerian hedgehogs, pine martins, and hares. Therefore, guests have the opportunity to learn more about the intricate biodiversity that can be found in this region. For guests travelling by car, The Mondrago Nature Park is home to two large car parks that are open from 9 am till 4 pm.  If you are travelling to Cala d’Or in May, you have the chance to visit the incredible Cala d’Or Jazz Festival. This acclaimed event has been in operation since 1994 and is a key aspect of the region’s popular culture. A majority of the performances are carried out within the many bars and pubs found in the town centre, making them very accessible for tourists. An added bonus is that all of these performances are free to watch, making it a very affordable experience. The Cala d’Or Jazz Festival usually runs from early May till late June.
