Superbly constructed across two floors, this massive villa is capable of accommodating up to eight guests, so whether you’re a large family or you have requirements for multiple guests, Villa Gemi is the perfect option for you! Cool and contemporary, light tones sit upon rooms paved with marble and wood. The use of natural stone contrasts with modern metalwork and floor to ceiling glass, allowing for maximum sunshine and scenes to finish this exquisite villa!
A mammoth open plan ground floor will greet you upon your entrance to the villa! Punctuated with sleek and modern furnishings and floor-to-ceiling opening glass doors, guests will find this area the perfect place to gather inside. For nights of togetherness or to simply kick back after a day of exploration, the living area provides plump sofas and guests can enjoy the flat-screen TV, surround sound system, DVD player and small library. A dining table, complete with delightful seats and a chic, modern kitchen sits behind the living area.
The first of the four bedrooms sits on this floor and equipped with a double bed, television and an en-suite bathroom. This bedroom opens to the outdoor patio. Upstairs you will find the remaining three bedrooms that the villa offers, a twin room with two cosy single beds which can be joined together to make one large bed and two more large bedrooms offering double beds. Guests will be pleased to know each room contains air-conditioning and access to a sea view balcony and en-suite walk-in wet rooms with twin shower heads and travertine marble floors! The master bedroom is set apart from the others with its inclusion of a jacuzzi on its terrace!
Accessible across the entire ground floor and providing terraces in the upper floors, the exterior of Villa Gemi is both eye-catching and beautiful. With panoramic vistas on the ground floor and on the terrace, enjoy views of the sea and mountain as you recline on the many chairs and recliners dotted outside. Guests can lounge carefree under a shaded area and enjoy meals at the outdoor table and chairs for dining Alfresco. There is a large infinity pool and a Jacuzzi outdoors, with a poolside shower to rinse off after a refreshing swim!

Patara Beach, a national treasure of the country, is an uninterrupted stretch of delightful sandy shores and crystal blue waters and is the longest beach in the whole of Turkey!
From Patara Beach access the ancient city from which it bears its name, to witness preserved and protected real artefacts of civilizations from centuries past! And don’t stop there!
