The property possesses one of the premium spots on the development, situated right on the waterside. Drifters Retreat has been finished with high attention to detail boasting contemporary interiors and furnishings, the light colour scheme helps to create a relaxed vibe throughout. The main entertaining space is open-plan and comprises of a modern fitted kitchen, dining area and living room, floor to ceiling glass patio doors help to let in sunlight and allow guests to enjoy the wonderful lake views. Upstairs, on the first floor are the four bedrooms. There will certainly be some arguments over the impressive master suite which boasts panoramic views from its fabulous private balcony as well as a luxurious en-suite bathroom. Also, on this level is the second king-size room, again boasting an en-suite shower room, two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. 
A staircase from the first floor leads up to the marvellous roof terrace, complete with dining facilities and barbecue, this makes the perfect place to dine al fresco while enjoying fantastic views over the entire gated development, lake and nature reserve.  Drifters Retreat holds a marvellous location within the beautiful county of Dorset, an area known for its rolling dales, protected heathlands and breathtaking Jurassic coastline. The house is within reaching distance of fabulous beaches, wonderful countryside, historical attractions and charming market towns. Just thirty minutes away, is the picturesque town of Poole, here you can hop on a ferry and visit neighbouring islands or soak up the sunrays on the near-by golden beaches at Sandbanks and Bournemouth. Other close-by towns which are well worth a visit include the charming county town of Dorchester, Weymouth with its recognisable Georgian seafront and the lively market towns of Bridport and Lyme Regis.
