This lovely pool villa offers an atmosphere as tranquil as its surroundings. As well as its secluded plunge pool providing an invigorating experience at any time of day, you have a patio with sun loungers and plenty of space inside too. An exquisite bathroom with bath tub and rain shower is just one of its highlights, with bath robes and sandals provided.
There are two bedrooms, one with a comfy king-size bed with a luxury King Koil mattress, and the other with twin beds. The master bedroom features a flatscreen Smart TV, and there’s fast Wi-Fi to take care of your connectivity needs.Amongst the other facilities at Villa Balagan II, you will find air-conditioning, a mini-bar and safe, as well as a seating and dining area. The resort lies close to the popular surfing beach, Balangan, and several restaurants offer casual or more formal dining within a short walk of this. Around the southern part of the island, you will find an array of magnificent beaches which form the basis of many a visitor’s holiday. From Nusa Dua on the eastern side to Padang Padang, Balangan and Jimbaran on the western side, there are numerous options and many have a reputation for their excellent surfing conditions.
The town of Kuta is one of the most touristy place on Bali, known for its hedonistic nightlife, and is probably best avoided if you’re after a quiet time. Much more palatable is nearby Seminyak with its spas, boutiques and high-quality dining, which are a world away from its neighbour down the coast. Nusa Dua is also pleasant and family-friendly.
Around 50 minutes’ drive north of the airport is the island’s cultural centre, Ubud. Providing an authentic taste of Balinese culture, this area has many beautiful temples to visit, such as Tirta Empul temple with its holy springs. The Tegallalang Rice Terraces, Tegenungan Waterfall and the Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary are among the area’s other highlights, the latter being home to more than 700 mischievous macaques.
Many of the island’s attractions capitalise on the beauty of the location, so you will find no end of ways to enjoy the great outdoors, water-parks, adventure parks, a safari and marine park and amazing treehouses among them.
