Casa Jelen offers stylish and modern interiors, with elegant furnishings and a relaxed atmosphere. The villa itself is split into four apartments, but is rented as a whole, allowing ten guests to comfortably fit into the spacious property. On the first floor, there is a large living room, benefiting from huge glass windows, which boast stunning views out to the sea! Sliding glass doors open onto a graceful balcony, where you can enjoy an aperitif or two in the evening, making the most of the warm Croatian climate! Sitting open-plan to the living room is a modern kitchen, full-equipped for your use. The kitchen leads to a sheltered dining area, where you can embrace the picturesque surroundings! There is one double bedroom on the first floor as well as a dressing room and luxury bathroom. The remaining bedrooms can be found throughout the villa, with another two double bedrooms with bathrooms and a twin room. Two of these stylish bathrooms, offer luxurious Jacuzzi baths, where the last of your worries can truly melt away!
Outside, the spacious terrace is carefully designed to offer the privacy. The glistening waters of the private swimming pool sit central on the terrace, tempting you to climb in, with relaxing sunbeds surrounding it. There is an outdoor dining table as well as a stone cooker where you can dine al-fresco. Casa Jelen offers ample space to socialise as a group, whilst also finding peaceful moments to yourself, a perfect Croatian retreat! Casa Jelen is located in the centre of Rogoznica. The Villa offers a great location for families and large groups. Rogoznica has 54km of coastline, it is a popular tourist destination due to the many beautiful beaches and crystal clear water. This is the most protruded part of the Croatian mainland, extending deeply into the Adriatic Sea, making it a hub for sailing, diving and water sports. Daily excursions to other nearby areas are popular, with the Unesco city of Trogir close by and boat trips to various islands on offer. Rogoznica is a great starting point on the mainland, and even better at the sea, beside of its outstanding location, it is the safest harbor on the Adriatic Sea. There are plenty of restaurants and amenities for your enjoyment. Casa Jelen can even offer its own boat mooring on request, if you decide to explore more of the stunning area by sea!
