Harmonia Beach Villa has a fabulous seafront position on the outskirts of the town of Polis. The real wow factor is the direct access to the beach from the garden! Polis is an unspoilt town on the north-west Peninsula boasting a wide range of amenities, many of which are centred around the main pedestrianised square, and beautiful beaches.
The ultra-luxurious villa sleeps up to eight guests across four king-size double bedrooms, the property has a modern, contemporary style and is furnished with monochromatic furnishings throughout. On the lower ground floor is a large area dedicated to relaxation with a sauna, Jacuzzi and gym. Also on this level is a TV room and a bar area which is the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail or two after a long hard day of relaxing by the pool! One of the double bedrooms complete with en-suite bathrooms as well as a separate bathroom can also be found on this floor.
Upstairs, on the ground floor, are a further three double bedrooms, all boasting en-suites bathrooms. The main living accommodation, including a fully-equipped kitchen, living and dining area, can also be found on this level, patio doors lead out onto a covered terrace area allowing guests to admire the beautiful scenery while dining alfresco. It is also a great spot from which to admire the infinity-style private pool and landscaped gardens leading to the beach.
