This duplex villa has two separate seating areas, one with two large dusky grey sofas and coffee tables worked around a large flat screen television and Bluetooth connectivity for entertaining, the other a lounge area with cosy fireplace, a great place for friends to gather on cooler evenings. A well-equipped kitchen, full of all the latest gadgets, including a smart Nespresso coffee maker, has all you’ll need to cook up a Corfu feast. The adjacent dining area has an elegant natural wood table and eight chairs, perfect for entertaining indoors. There is a double bedroom on the ground floor, with twin beds and an en-suite shower room, with direct access to the pool terrace, fabulous for an early morning dip. A convenient guest cloakroom is located on the ground floor, and a small room, which would be an ideal space for a butler or nanny.
The pool terrace can be accessed from the ground floor living area, and has an alfresco shaded dining pavilion with a table and chairs to seat up to eight guests, excellent for outdoor entertaining. The private infinity swimming pool has easy entry steps, and sweeping views over the Ionian Sea. The pool is surrounded by comfortable sun loungers for those relaxing days soaking up some rays.
