Villa Triantafyllo is located in an excellent position in the beautiful town of Syvota, it benefits from both mountain and sea views and is just a short stroll from Bella Vraka beach and all local food and shopping amenities.
The modern villa offers versatile accommodation which would suit couples holidaying together or families with older children in particular. Walking through the villa, modern furnishings give it a stylish feel while the open-plan living and dining areas lighten it and help create a sense of space. It benefits from a glossy, fitted kitchen with all modern appliances, LCD flat screen TVs in the lounge and air conditioning throughout.
Outside, the stylish feel continues. There is a comfortable seating area complete with barbecue which is perfect for alfresco dining overlooking the large private pool. The sunloungers surrounding the pool are the perfect location from which to admire mountain and sea views and take in the peaceful surroundings.
*The bedroom configuration involves one being in a self-contained annexe on the ‘lower’ ground floor, while the master bedroom is on the second (top) floor. While this may suit couples holidaying together or those with older children, it is something which families with younger children should be aware of. The annexe part of the villa can be accessed through interior doors in the property but these doors can also be shut off if needed.
