The villa is located within the Emerald Resort, found toward the end of a wooden jetty that presents a terrace of beautiful villas all perched above the water. Designed as such that you have your own privacy, Villa Lionfish feels like an escape from the world. The huge bedroom sits central in the villa. It boasts a large king-size bed, positioned so you can lay under the covers, gazing out to sea, watching the elegant ripples of water and colours of the sky as the everchanging landscape of the ocean transforms in front of your eyes. To one side of the bedroom is an uplifting bathroom and walk in wardrobe, with a large bathtub and walk-through shower, whilst to the other side you will find a spacious lounge. The lounge offers sofas and a television, where you can retreat at the end of the day, nestling into the evening with your other half.
Each room and every detail have been carefully designed at Villa Lionfish, curating together modern furnishings with Maldivian styles, with art along the walls that speaks of the ocean setting.  
Outside, the terrace offers a combination of shaded spots and sunny areas, all with the same unobstructed ocean views that will take your breath away. After landing into Malé airport, you can take a quick 40-minute seaplane to the resort, or a domestic flight to the Ifuru Domestic Airport followed by a speedboat ride, which takes a little over an hour. The island is best explored by bicycle, albeit there are of course several options for getting about. Villa Lionfish itself is located at the end of a wooden jetty which stretches out into the glistening water, with a terrace of pristine villas all designed to offer their own privacy. From the moment you open your front door, there is an ambience of complete tranquillity, your own private oasis in this idyllic location.  
It may seem difficult to leave once you settle in, but the Emerald Resort does offer a plethora of exciting facilities you can use. For those who prefer an active relaxation, the state-of-the-art Technogym, tennis courts, paddle courts and personalised training programs are sure to entice. When you need something a little more calming, the spa, yoga pavilion, jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish baths and swimming pool should help you completely relax.
Mealtimes are always important, be it a romantic dinner, quick lunch or celebration, the resort restaurants will take care of your every need. There are four restaurants and two bars to provide you with variety during your stay, with an international menu at The Aqua Restaurant, Mediterranean flavours at the Beach Club Grill and Latin American and Asian menus at the remaining two.
An essential during your trip will be exploring the vibrant colours and sea life in the surrounding ocean. Be it a gentle swim from your villa, a snorkel around the shores, or a deep dive with the resort diving centre, there is something for everyone. The Resort

Located on the Raa Atoll, in the northern part of the Maldives archipelago, this Deluxe All-Inclusive Resort is surrounded by 1,5 km of soft white sand, on a lush private 20 hectares island and features 120 villas, 60 of which are located on the island and 60 directly on the sea.
