Rent Apartment Almond Shell Arc de Triomphe – Champs-Élysées
Holiday Home Rental Description
Just a five-minute stroll from the beautiful Jardin Villemin, this elegant apartment offers both the tranquillity of the nearby Canal-Saint-Martin as well as the buzzy atmosphere of the 10th arrondissement’s restaurant and bar scene.
Inside, modern grandeur abounds in the open-plan living area where tall corniced ceilings, parquet floors and plush contemporary furnishings make a striking first impression. We love the bronze-coloured velvet sofas that invite endless relaxation, as well as the beautiful blue wallpaper with its finely sketched tree motif – a subtle nod to the nearby park and the leafy boulevard below.
Speaking of the boulevard, you can indulge in ample people-watching at all times of the day from the narrow balcony accessed via the living area’s French doors, while the stunningly curated kitchen area beckons sociable soirées at the dining table.
At night, retreat to the calm bedrooms – two of which face the building’s courtyard – for a dreamy night’s sleep, and look forward to waking up to the luxurious rainfall showers in the pair of tiled bathrooms.
When it comes to sightseeing, take a stroll along the Canal-Saint-Martin (an eight-minute walk) and discover its romantic waterside cafés, or head to the vibrant Marais district full of cosy bistros, scenic cobbled streets and hip vintage boutiques. Elsewhere, both the Parc des Buttes-Chaumont and the Sacré-Cœur Basilica are a twenty-five-minute walk away, while the Galeries Lafayette department store and the Opéra Garnier are just under thirty minutes away on foot.
