The apartment is on the outskirts of Paris, just a seven-minute walk from Parc Expo Porte de Versailles so it’s perfect if you’re visiting for a conference or exhibition. It’s in a lived-in part of the city, rather than a tourist trap – after a long day out, it really does feel as though you’re coming home. That doesn’t mean that you’re too far from the sights though – the Porte de Versailles metro station is just seven minutes away on foot, so you can easily zip around the city. It takes twenty-eight minutes to reach the Eiffel Tower, and you can be picnicking in Le Jardin de Luxembourg in twenty-one minutes.
The decor is simple and classic, and huge windows bring in plenty of light. The apartment has been recently renovated, with a beautiful bathroom and a modern kitchen. You are in Paris though, so it’s ever so tempting to dine out – will you grab croissants from a bakery to eat in the park or head to a bistro to sip coffee and watch the world go by?
