* The fourth bedroom is substantially smaller than the others, it’s still large enough to be used for an adult, but it’s probably better suited for children
* There is a small veranda accessible from the master bedroom & ensuite bathroom that is not well set-up to be used by guests
* The second and third bedroom share a communal space, but when the windows are open noise from the street can be heard quite loudly
* There is no air conditioning throughout the home so it will get hot during summer months
