For those who always dreamed of having their own home cinema, you’ve hit the jackpot with this address. Set within a characterful hôtel particulier in the centre of Paris, you wouldn’t guess that this apartment has its very own movie theatre complete with seven comfy leather seats. Film buffs might want to spend their whole time watching their favourite releases, but we would really recommend making the most of the fabulous location, as Le Marais is a lively neighbourhood with plenty of art galleries and late-night bars to explore. Rather surprisingly, the cinema room wasn’t the only unexpected feature — the super-slick kitchen looks like it belongs in a spaceship and one of the bedrooms is surrounded by mirrors.
