The library offers a quiet area with a large desk to work at – ideal for catching up on business or relaxing with a book after a busy day in Paris. Later, why not pour a glass of Champagne and have a soak in the freestanding bath – sheer luxury. We love the bedroom, which overlooks the courtyard – it’s an oasis of calm. If you want to admire the Sacré-Cœur up close – it’s a ten-minute stroll or take in a show at the Moulin Rouge, just under a fifteen-minute walk away. Romantics (and art lovers) can head to the Musée de la Vie Romantique, situated in the house of the painter Ary Scheffer, just over ten minutes on foot. This is the perfect retreat in the City of Love.
