Rent Apartment Tea Lions Athens
Holiday Home Rental Description
This apartment in the heart of Athens feels as though it’s part artist’s studio and part accommodation. It’s been designed as a home/workshop hybrid, in keeping with the building’s history. Built in the 1970s, it was owned and occupied by a craftswoman who made gifts for weddings and christenings. It still retains its artsy vibe with pot plants trailing greenery off the mezzanine balcony, cacti and ceramics on display and bold modern art on the walls. The office-slash-dining table is where the magic happens and we love touches like the kitchen sink rough-hewn from stone and the original terrazzo floor.
Apart from a stylish abode, you’ve got a dream location here. It’s just a ten-minute walk to the Acropolis Museum, and fifteen minutes to the Acropolis itself. And you’re a seven-minute walk from fresh produce at the Matrozou Street farmer’s market on a Friday.
