Pick up fresh produce from the greengrocers to be served at lunchtime, alongside homemade wood-fired pizzas, cooked in your open-air oven. In the afternoons, pick a spot under a parasol with your holiday read, moving only for a revitalising dip in the cool water and to top up your glass with the region’s famed wine.
