This chic and comfortable apartment is an ideal base for exploring beautiful Genoa. It’s a modern space on the top floor of a prestigious building, close to all the sights of the city – in other words, it’s the perfect pied-à-terre.
The apartment is cool and clean, with a neutral colour palette that means it’s relaxing and calm. After a day of seeing the sights, stepping into the bright open-plan living and dining space is instantly soothing. It doesn’t hurt that there are incredible views, either. As you sip a glass of wine at the dining table, you can gaze upon the rooftops of this historic city. The terrace is where we’d spend most of our time, sitting out and soaking up the sunshine in the afternoons, and watching the sun set in the evening.
Genoa is a delight to explore, with its maze of narrow streets leading into piazzas and to historic buildings. Piazza de Ferrari and its iconic bronze fountain are a sixteen-minute walk – it’s a great spot for a gelato.
