The open space calls for lively family get-togethers, all crowded around the dining table enjoying good food and wine – you’re in Italy after all.
The living and dining space opens out onto the terrace, which boasts mesmerising views of the countryside that surrounds the property. Tree-lined trails begin right from the doorstep so keen walkers can head out to explore a different route each day. The region is known for its parks and nature reserves – the Conero Regional Park, beloved by hikers, is a forty-eight-minute drive and well worth a visit.
If you prefer your holidays to be more laid-back, you’ll likely spend most of your time around the swimming pool. There are also plenty of beaches within easy reach – we like the soft white sand of Lido di Fermo, which is just a ten-minute drive. Whether or not you’re a fan of feeling sand between your toes, you’ll enjoy the stretch of calm sea and the seafront restaurants – make sure you grab a seat outside to sip cocktails while watching the sun set.
