Throw in a perfect framing of the Unicredit tower from the other balcony, and you have a tantalising proposition. Given how close the flat is to the latter tower, and the financial district that surrounds it, it’s easy to see how it could be a fantastic option for a business trip.

*One person can sleep on a sofa bed in the living room, but folded out, it takes up pretty much the whole space
