Given that you actually have to go down from street level to get to Grey Crystal, it has an impressive amount of natural light. Of course, it can get a bit dark, particularly on overcast days, but the pale colour scheme and large windows mitigate this effect. It’s a comfortable flat, though not a flashy one, and the area around is one where people live their day-to-day lives, far from the selfie sticks and tourist tat that you find near the major sights.

*It’ll take a good forty-five minutes to reach the centre of the city on foot (although there is a metro station nearby)
*As the flat’s on the lower ground floor, you have to go down a flight of stairs to get to the front door
*It can get quite dark inside the flat
