On sunny days, there is a proper barbecue for al fresco feasts. For a moment’s peace and quiet, the pool house has been converted into an office, so you can get a spot of work done if needed.
The house is a four minute drive from the centre of Sag Harbor, replete with local shops, great restaurants, and independent clothing stores. Days can be spent at the beach, or sampling cheese and wine in Wolffer Vineyard, a five minute drive away. The famous Sag Harbor golf course is three miles away, and there are plenty of nearby hiking trails and stunning scenery for the more intrepid explorers.
