Don’t expect to see too many true right angles, for example, and the kitchen sink is still the original. Besides retaining plenty of charm, however, this home is designed with its guests in mind and now boasts modern luxuries like central AC, Sonos surround sound and a large TV with access to Amazon Prime and Netflix. Relax on the porch, fire up the Weber gas grill for a delicious meal and let the children run around and play on the expansive lawn. Best of all, you’re just a short distance from the local seafood stand, wine store, bagel shop, artisanal butcher and the beach.
