Tucked away among the stunning architecture of this bohemian district, this is the city’s best-kept secret! The interior is fabulously modern, including original contemporary art adorning the walls and high ceilings with two-storey windows to allow in the maximum natural light! Your main living areas are magnificently open-plan, with a vast dining area alongside a cosy sofa lounge with a fireplace, and your incredible fully-equipped kitchen along the back wall! Each part looks out onto your lovely pool terrace, with enormous glass doors welcoming in the cool breeze and fresh air of the sea-side for a relaxing atmosphere. And if you really want to switch off and unwind, head upstairs to your fabulous reading room, with a relaxed sofa space and books on all kinds of topics!
The first floor is delightfully connected with the ground floor thanks to the double-height living areas which open onto the balcony, allowing the conversation to flow freely throughout the villa! Up here are two of the five luxurious suites, each with a unique design, layout and facilities. On the ground floor, there are three more, each has either a large bed or two single beds, and several enjoy a casual seating area to one side. All five are equipped with wonderful en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, magnificent vanity sinks and luxurious toiletries.
And finally, step outside to your dazzling courtyard complete with a huge swimming pool where you can settle in the sunshine in total privacy! A wall of vibrant plants scales up to one side of the pool generating a wonderfully fresh air and adding a splash of colour to this ultra-modern villa! With temperatures in Lisbon frequently in the high 30s, you’ll relish the chance to dive into your fabulous private pool in the midday heat! The pool is directly accessible on all three sides.
You’ll be located in the coolest neighbourhood in Lisbon, surrounded by art galleries and famous restaurants this is undoubtedly the most fashionable and artistic district! And what’s more, it’s only 10 minutes from the city centre, an ideal spot to get out and about in Lisbon whilst keeping a good distance from the hustle and bustle of the tourist hotspots! You will find all manner of art galleries, concert halls, theatres, restaurants, and much more on your doorstep, and quaint streets lined with cafes where you can practice your ‘Bom dia’, ‘Boa tarde’ and ‘Boa noite’s with the locals! 

Literally a stone’s throw from Casa Laetitia you will find several Art Galleries, Concert Halls and Theatres, as well as a brewery (Dois Corvos Cervejeira), tons of restaurants, and museums galore! The coast is just a 10-minute walk away, with the awesome Teleférico de Lisboa also within walking distance! Truly, this villa is ideally located to enjoy Portugal’s thriving capital city!
Lisbon is known for its lively nightlife, with world-class bars and clubs full of fun-loving locals and tourists alike, where you can enjoy a tipple of the local drinks and meet people from all over the world! And of course, the city has plenty of fascinating history – check out the region ‘Belém’ which is jam-packed with monuments! Famously termed the ‘city of the seven hills’, Lisbon has a totally picturesque, undulating terrain, providing mesmerising views from across the city!
Portugal itself is a small, fascinating country at the most Western point of mainland Europe. With a vast coastline with the powerful Atlantic Ocean, it is a true paradise for the keen surfer, or indeed even those looking to try if for the first time, with plenty of surfing schools all along the calmer sections of the coast. Of course, it is not only the world-famous waves but also the completely pollution-free water, and the lack of deadly sharks found in warmer areas that put it so firmly on the map as the surfing Mecca of the world.
And even for those less keen on surfing, the beaches of Portugal are well worth a visit for their beautifully clear waters, and almost all have a bar at which you can enjoy a tipple. Other active pursuits include a sublime cycling trip through the breath-taking scenery of Geres, or indeed white-water rafting on the river Douro! For those more into the gentle pace of a golfing day out, Portugal is a real haven, with 14 of the world’s top 100 best golf courses!
