Location is everything here, and if you want a mix of culture, beaches and pretty villages, you won’t be disappointed. Just a five-minute drive from Ibiza Town, it’s easy to get your history fix, and beach lovers will be thrilled to find themselves so close to pretty Talamanca beach.
There’s plenty to do nearby if you want to use this home as a base, but we wouldn’t be surprised if you found it hard to leave with views like this. Set over three floors, you can gaze across the sparkling sea and the town from a choice of balconies and terraces.
An ample open-plan living space makes it easy to hang out together inside, and the covered outdoor dining area is a magical place for evening meals. Cool white walls, wood and tiled floors, and a sleek new kitchen make for a sophisticated interior, while our favourite space has to be the main suite – with its incredible balcony. A glass railing offers uninterrupted views, even from the bed.
If you absolutely have to, there’s an office to get a little work done between siestas and cocktails, and of course, there’s that obligatory private pool where you’re free to while away your days beneath cloudless skies.
