A charming and expansive property located in Pollensa, Casa Rotger provides guests with a truly remarkable villa that they are welcome to call home. As you approach the exterior of this property, you will be blown away by the sheer size of the swimming pool that lies in the centre of the grounds. This opulent pool is surrounded by a considerable decking area that is equipped with a selection of high-end sun loungers. This property also includes a far-reaching garden area that is lined with looming emerald-green trees and an abundance of expertly manicured grass. In addition, there is also a collection of outdoor terraces on-site, allowing guests to sit back and relax as they bask in the idyllic scenery that sits before them. The interior of this property also shines through, using an array of distinctive furnishings to add a sense of character to the entire property. The living area makes use of a range of luxurious decor, such as the sleek black leather sofa that is used as a centrepiece in this room. This seating arrangement is also paired with a selection of quirky orange cushions to help add a pop of colour. This space is ideal for winding down after a long day of sightseeing and spending quality time together as a family. Opposite the living area is the dining area, a space that adheres to an attractive sense of minimalism. This area combines a broad wooden table with a set of white high-backed chairs, helping to offset the array of vibrant colours in the previous room. The kitchen also follows a similar theme, using a plethora of white cupboards as well as a collection of stainless steel appliances.  The first floor of this property is home to the four main bedrooms. The first and second bedrooms both include spacious double beds that are fitted with ample and vivacious printed bedsheets. This creates a comforting sense of nuance within each of these rooms. The remaining two bedrooms both contain a pair of single beds, making them ideal for two small children or for a couple who prefers to sleep apart. Case Rotger can be found in the idyllic region of Pollensa, a location that is filled with atmosphere and an ever-lasting legacy. Place de l’Almoina is based just a stone’s throw away from the town centre and is a real treat for any European history lover. This small square is home to a very prominent house that was run by wealthy university students in the 15th-century. These students were often seen giving wheat and money to some of Pollensa’s poorest citizens. Moreover, this location was also used as a defiant battleground when it was attacked by violent ambushes on the 30th of May 1550. Nowadays, the modern citizens of Pollensa hold a touching ceremony every August to honour and commend those who lost their lives during this conflict. If you are eager to learn more about the alluring customs and cultures of this region, the Pollensa Market is an ideal place to visit. With over 300 stalls to explore, this market showcases an assorted blend of clothes, bags, and other artisan craft items. The Pollensa Market is located in the Main Square of the town centre and occurs every Sunday from 8 am till 1:30 pm. The Joan March Gardens are based around 10-minutes away from the centre of Pollensa and showcase the wide range of horticulture that this region has to offer. The gardens were first formed in the late 1980s as a way to celebrate the life and legacy of the eldest son of the March family. This iconic tribe is best known for its prosperous business ventures that helped the region to see great economic success. The landscape is teeming with rare species of olive and orange trees, allowing guests to get a more intimate look at these beautiful sources of nature.
