Although the space has a neutral personality, it has been styled to feel homely. The home’s ground floor position is not as pleasing as a higher floor, but it does mean there is step free access for those who’d like to avoid the stairs altogether. The dining arrangements aren’t the most formal, but with the new developments around Victoria, there’s plenty of casual dining options within a five minute walk.

* Whilst there is air conditioning, it is only in the master and second bedroom
* The narrow dining table and stools don’t make the most comfortable set up – a maximum of five guests can squeeze around here
* Bedroom three is better suited to children as the bunkbed’s mattresses are a bit thinner. There is also no bedside light here
