Rent Apartment Grayish Cottonseed Primrose Hill
Holiday Home Rental Description
Although this home is part of a Victorian terrace, you can immediately banish any ideas of dark and dusty living quarters. It takes up the coveted end-position, which allows for plenty of natural light through the large windows, as well as the skylight.
It’s also fair to say that substantial changes have been made to the interior since the 19th century. The cleansingly white walls and wooden floors reflect a modern preference for minimalism, while the collection of artwork and houseplants are similarly restrained. We’re also particularly fond of the sleek surfaces in the kitchen and equally smart tiling in the pair of bathrooms.
One big perk can be seen when you head up to the fifth floor – those not so keen on stairs might want to steer clear of this address – and head out to the terrace, complete with a table so you can enjoy afternoon tea among the rooftops.
This outdoor space is in lieu of an actual garden but if you’re craving green space at any point, Primrose Hill and its cinematic views of the UK’s capital are three minutes’ walk from the front door. The eclectic delights of Camden are ten minutes on foot in the opposite direction, while Soho is a quarter of an hour away in the back of a taxi.
