Casa Rarla is located in a residential area called Bonaire. From the exterior, you can see that the villa has some spectacular views and has a modern appearance. This continues to the inside of the villa. There is a spacious open plan living/dining area, with beautiful, neutral colours throughout.
There is space for 8 people to gather in this area to dine or gather on the large sofas to watch the television or a DVD together. As well as those pieces of home comfort, there is also the music system and wi-fi, so there is plenty of options for fun evenings in the Villa as well as entertainment for the whole holiday party.
From the living room, there are large patio doors that lead out to the garden and private pool. The garden is well kept, offering an excellent opportunity for outdoor picnics, games and lounging. The pool has roman steps entering the pool, making entering and exiting the pool easy for anyone that is using the pool, with the minimum depth being just over 1.4meters, supervision in and around the pool is recommended.
There are sun loungers available so that you can sunbathe comfortably by the poolside. You’ll also find a BBQ area and a ping pong table, so all together you have the ingredients for a wonderful night at the villa in the Mediterranean sun.
The kitchen is separate from the living/dining area, but it is equipped with all the modern necessities as well as some home comforts like a coffee machine. The kitchen has a breakfast terrace overlooking the pool, so grab your morning coffee and enjoy your breakfast outside with the spectacular views offered. Also, on the ground floor are 3 bedrooms, two twin rooms and a double with an ensuite.
As well as the bedrooms there is also a bathroom with shower and bath combo on the ground floor. All the bedrooms in the property are spacious and bright, which continues the themes from the other rooms of the villa as the whole property feels bright and airy.
The other bedroom, a large double, is on the upper floor with an ensuite shower room. From this room you’ve got spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea, overlooking the pool and garden area of the villa! There is a door that leads out onto the furnished roof terrace, another ideal place to enjoy your evening with a drink and the wonderful company of your guests. Alcudia is one of the most visited destinations in Majorca, with its history, charm and gothic revival architecture. It has plenty of magnificent, scenic sandy beaches for you to explore stretching several kilometres giving your party ample space to explore, some even offer great places to snorkel (not all of the beaches that can provide this activity will have the equipment to hire).
For the families or the kids at heart, there is the Alcudia Hidropark with a water golf course, water slides and pools. You may also pursue the streets of Alcudia for their open-air street markets and sample the food they have to offer.
Alcudia is not the only stunning place to visit nearby, you have Cala Sant Vicenc – home to three beautiful beaches, as well as Pollença just along the coast. Pollença is an alluring town, at the base of the Tramuntana mountains, which is the largest natural reserve on the island, well known for its beauty and scenery. It was recently declared a World Heritage site, and the mountain range offers spectacular views and is a wonderful destination for hikers, cyclists and even bird watchers.
Pollença is also rich in history with the famous Calvari steps which are a 365-step stairway that leads up to the chapel on the top of the hill known as Calvary. It is also home to a Romanesque 19th-century bridge that is shrouded in mystery, as no one knows for sure its origin.
