Casa Salmon is a large property located with easy reach of Alcudia’s old town and Puerto Alcudia. It’s elevated offering dramatic views of the sea that will leave you speechless. When you enter the property, you’re greeted with a bright reception hall that leads off to the lounge.
The lounge is spacious and stunning with its large sofas that will seat all of you in front of the television for a wind down together. The living area is split into two sections, with two sets of sofas, so you can be assured that there is plenty of space for everyone.
From the ground floor there are steps down to a laundry area in the basement, so if you’re here for a long time or have kids that are prone to making messes, you’ll be able to wash your clothes or towels and have clean items to use. The property has a spectacular, sleek and modern kitchen, it is open plan and fully equipped with all the necessities.
There is a mix of twin rooms and double bedrooms at this property, but they are all spacious and bright, offering you a place to sleep in style and comfort. The master suite, with a double bed, has an ensuite bathroom as well as a sofa bed, so there is more room here for extra guests. The property will sleep 12 people comfortably! And cater for 12 with ease also. There are a few bathrooms and shower rooms in the property, all of them are stunning, and they radiate the feeling of serenity and calm.  
The property uses large windows and glass doors to show off the views that you have from the property, including the sea! Whether you’re looking from one of the terraces or the bedrooms, the views will be stunning. From the upper floor you can exit out onto a terrace which looks out over the private pool and grounds – here there is more outside furniture for you to relax on. Gather under the Mediterranean sun with perfect views, with your drink of choice and enjoy your perfect evenings.
Outside the property, there is a beautiful outdoor area, with a large covered terrace with dining furniture. There is a brick-built BBQ, so you’ll be able to have a perfect evening out in the privacy of your garden with all of your guests. There is even a private pool, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols which will be the ideal place for sun bathing, topping up on your tan. Alcudia is one of the most visited destinations in Majorca, with its history, charm and gothic revival architecture. It has plenty of magnificent, scenic sandy beaches for you to explore stretching several kilometres giving your party ample space to explore, some even offer great places to snorkel (not all of the beaches that can provide this activity will have the equipment to hire).
For the families or the kids at heart, there is the Alcudia Hidropark with a water golf course, water slides and pools. You may also pursue the streets of Alcudia for their open-air street markets and sample the food they have to offer.
Alcudia is not the only stunning place to visit nearby; you have Cala Sant Vicenc – home to three beautiful beaches, as well as Pollença just along the coast. Pollença is an alluring town, at the base of the Tramuntana mountains, which is the largest natural reserve on the island, well known for its beauty and scenery. It was recently declared a World Heritage site, and the mountain range offers spectacular views and is a wonderful destination for hikers, cyclists and even bird watchers.
Pollença is also rich in history with the famous Calvari steps which are a 365-step stairway that leads up to the chapel on the top of the hill known as Calvary. It is also home to a Romanesque 19th-century bridge that is shrouded in mystery, as no one knows for sure its origin.
