Moradia Calicos is conveniently located in a very private, gated residential area of Albufeira, not too far from the local attractions and old town of Albufeira yet, far enough to rest easy in the peace and quiet of a Portuguese night. This quiet provision is perfect for families with younger children or those who just need a little peace.
Perhaps the best feature of this villa, is the outdoor pool. Not only is this pool private but it also has steps and a ladder to ease entrance and exit as well as being fully fenced off and gated. This extra security is again perfect for families with young children. Surrounding the pool is an array of sun loungers with parasols for those who wish to revel in the heat, without the burn of the sun. Picture catching up on your reading whilst the kids are in the pool or dozing in the afternoon sun (don’t forget the sun cream!).
This villa is set over two floors with two bedrooms, comfortably sleeping up to four people. Moradia Calicos is laid out in a very traditional way, with both bedrooms being located on the upper floor and both feature spacious balconies which overlook the pool. The balconies are another great feature allowing for easy pool socialising without the risk of getting splashed. Further to this, the property has an indoor and outdoor dining area giving you the option for al fresco dining whenever you fancy. Meals are easily prepared in the well-equipped kitchen which again features a cosy dining area, perhaps used for a quick breakfast or to keep the chef company!Albufeira is a gorgeous coastal city in the popular southern Algarve region of Portugal. Albufeira used to be a bustling fishing village which has since become a major holiday destination with tourists flocking from all over the world to enjoy the Portuguese sunshine. There is still plenty of fishing going on here although it has now moved to the marina, where you can also partake in a day of diving!
Albufeira is famed for its stunning sandy beaches and is also home to a busy nightlife strip. Don’t let that fool you though, Albufeira has something for the whole family! Nearby attractions include theme parks, safari, sea experiences, surfing, diving, dolphin spotting, paintball, water sports and much more!
