This is a contemporary and spacious four-bedroom family villa, which sleeps up to ten people. It is situated in the picturesque city of Albufeira based in the Central Algarve, and it is truly fantastic. It has a large outdoor terrace with a dining area and furniture, perfect for those who enjoy dining al fresco, as well as plenty of sun-loungers for those who want to soak up the Algarve sun. Also, the terrace has natural shade if you do want to escape from it for a while. There is also a sparkling blue private outdoor swimming pool with Roman steps access, which is beneficial for individuals with limited mobility. Additionally, there is a large built-in barbecue fantastic for cooking-up a delicious dinner.
The interior is extremely contemporary and appealing. The ground floor consists of an open-plan living and dining area, with a gorgeous fireplace and lots of comfortable furniture. Furthermore, it has patio doors allowing the Algarve sun to flood into the rooms making them bright and airy, and providing direct access to the terrace. There is also a fully equipped kitchen located on the ground floor perfect for cooking up family meals in, especially as there is a supermarket nearby where guests can stock-up on local ingredients. Moving on from this, the first floor is home to three double en-suite bedrooms, each with their own gorgeous interior ensuring that guests feel at home during their stay in the villa.
This villa is in a very privileged location due to it being only a short walk away from the nearest pub and restaurant! There is something for everybody to enjoy in this area; the villa is a quick drive from the nearest beach, and equally close from Albufeira, which has many exciting sights too see, a modern shopping mall, great night-life, and the water-amusement park Zoomarine which is perfect for children and those adults who are young at heart! Furthermore, with Faro airport only being a 40-minute drive away getting there could not be easier. Albufeira is a picturesque city located in the Central Algarve, and it is home to twenty-five gorgeous golden sandy beaches abundant with stunning landscapes, and there are many boat tours available to take tourists around the beautiful beaches. There are many local bars and restaurants dotted around the town serving up a friendly atmosphere as well as delicious local cuisine, such as piri-piri chicken. Also situated in Albufeira is Zoomarine, which is a water theme-park packed with fun slides, flumes and marine shows that everybody can enjoy. Furthermore, Albufeira has a very busy night-life strip; with several popular cocktail bars and night-clubs! This destination ensures that family members of all ages can have a fantastic holiday.
