A formal dining area sits just through the archway, with seating for six and a second set of patio doors. Finally, the spacious, traditionally-styled kitchen is beside the dining room and features all the latest mod cons, including an oven, microwave, filter coffee machine and a dishwasher, as well as garden access! There’s also a second snug area for relaxing and getting cosy in front of the TV, also with exterior doors!
With four fabulous bedrooms to choose from, everyone is bound to find the perfect room for them! The first two rooms, a double and a twin, are on this ground floor and are both fabulously bright and spacious and overlook the garden! Upstairs, on the first-floor, are the remaining two rooms, a further double and a twin, as well as an additional ‘walk-through’ twin room. Both of these main bedrooms have terrace access, providing not only a stunning terrace for private enjoyment, but also sea views! There is an incredible bathroom on each floor, both of which have large bathtubs, showers, and traditional Portuguese tiling.
Your enchanting garden is a tropical paradise with a soft and subtle beauty. Traditional balustrades across your pool terrace create a luxurious sensation as you swim a few laps in the morning, or take a refreshing dip in the afternoon heat and cool off in this fabulous outdoor shower in between dips. Loungers all around it make for an idyllic sunbathing spot in total privacy! On your veranda, meanwhile, a glamorous alfresco dining table which can comfortably sit up to eight guests ensures you can dine in style, and perfectly shaded from the sun! There’s also a fantastic BBQ so you can grill a little of the local fish and meat, which you can pick up in markets across the region.
You’re within walking distance of all the amenities you could wish for, and a short drive from the beach, vineyards, Michelin starred restaurants and so much more, all around 5 minutes away! 

Tucked in the peaceful area of Sesmarias, just 2km from the centre of the vibrant town of Carvoeiro and within walking distance of some excellent local restaurants and bars, Casa Camala is perfectly placed for a memorable holiday on the Algarve! There’s even a tennis club on your doorstep, so be sure to bring your trainers if you fancy a game or two here!
Also within a very short drive (or a reasonable walk) is ‘Dos Santos’, an enchanting brewery and vineyard where you can try a little of the famous Portuguese produce, complete with a bar and restaurant! Nearby you’ll also find ‘Bon Bon’, one of the Algarve’s Michelin star restaurants, the famous caves of Benagil, the 5-star resort of Vila Vita, and a couple of excellent golf courses. The stunning coastline of Ferragudo and its beautiful beachfront restaurant ‘Rei da Praia’, is also a short drive away. For the active members of the group, the Algarviana hiking trail is an excellent day out, and of course, golfers will be in paradise in the Algarve – indeed, across Portugal there are 14 of the world’s top 100 best golf courses!
The Algarve, the southernmost region of Portugal, is famous for its picturesque scenes of vast blue skies casting a warming glow over the expansive Atlantic Ocean, with untouched bays framed by jagged limestone rocks at every turn. While the southern coast caters to every need of its visitors, to the West and the rugged interior remain largely untouched, with less development and endless intersecting of historic villages, hilltop castles and beautiful churches.
Portugal itself is a small, fascinating country at the most Western point of mainland Europe. With a vast coastline with the powerful Atlantic Ocean, it is a true paradise for the keen surfer, or indeed even those looking to try it for the first time, with plenty of surfing schools all along the calmer sections of the coast. And even for those less keen on surfing, the beaches of Portugal are well worth a visit for their beautifully clear waters and pristine sands, and almost all have a bar at which you can enjoy a tipple. 
With Faro airport just 65km away, you can be settling into your villa within an hour of landing and getting into the holiday mood!
