Casa Isabela is located by the 18th hole of the 5 Star Gramacho Championship Golf Resort. This is a large stunning detached, four double bedroom villa, with plenty of space and a beautifully kept mature garden.
Set over two floors, Casa Isabela sleeps eight guests in four recently renovated double bedrooms. There are two very large bedrooms up-stairs, each with a large en-suite bathroom. The remaining double bedrooms on the ground floor, share an additional large bathroom. Every bedroom has integral climate control, fitted wardrobes and double doors, which lead out onto the beautifully kept gardens. The two down-stairs bedrooms have direct, secure access onto the garden and upstairs the bedrooms have large private terraces with uninterrupted views over the golf course. There is the option for two extra put up beds, for children (please enquire).
The dining and living areas are big, airy and light; with two sets of double patio doors leading to the exterior grounds. For those not wishing to venture into the heat, these doors accommodate a gentle breeze to roll into the villa.
Orientated to maximise the sun outside there are plenty of seating options around the pool, so you can be part of a group or enjoy alone time under the palm trees or under the terrace.  The full-size pool has Roman steps and a ladder to provide easy access for all.  A built in outdoor barbecue is a great and easy way to feed and entertain in the evening or during the day. So enjoy some stunning sunsets whilst you sip a glass of chilled wine.
The villa is in a quiet location and benefits from access to convenience store, tennis courts, a covered heated pool, driving range and two competition standard golf courses on site. There are also two Club Houses, one only a few minutes easy walk from the villa to enjoy drinks, breakfast, lunch or supper if cooking seems like too much work!The local towns of Lagoa, Carvoeiro, Ferraguda, Portimao, Silves and several beaches are all easily accessible by car (within a 5 to 20 minutes drive). You are also only a short easy drive from many beautiful beaches and restaurants; from Michelin Star dining to excellent simple easy eating. We offer a list of our favorite dining experiences at the villa and invite you to add to this list! Aside from a day lazing by the pool, or at one of the many beaches within 20 minutes, there is a wide variety of child friendly entertainment such as Zoomarina Theme Park, boating tours from Carvoeiro, Ferraguda, Alvor and Portimao to see caves & dolphins, Fiesa Sand Sculptures Festival and various waterparks.
Casa Isobela is in a wonderful location. The villa is only a few minutes’ walk from a Golf Resort & Clubhouse – where you can enjoy a drink, breakfast, lunch or supper. The Resort also offers access to a covered heated pool if you fancy a change from the villa’s private pool, plus access to tennis courts, two golf courses and a driving range. You can hire the necessary sports equipment directly with the Resort management. Within a 5-minute walk there is a local convenience store, by the main gates, offering fresh pastries, breads, international newspapers & magazines as well as a top up for ice creams and drinks. There are several large supermarkets within a 5-minute drive, but car hire is recommended in order to make the most of your holiday, although local taxis are generally available.At Excellence Luxury Villas we pride ourselves on going that little bit further for our guests.
