Casa Jomi is a stunning three bedroom property sleeping six guests located in a quiet and tranquil area of the Algarve. Set amongst a peaceful residential enclave, boasting views of natural greenery and of course, an unobstructed view of the clear blue sky, this villa is the perfect place to escape the daily grind and unwind.
Featuring a mix of rustic and modern features, this villa has a homely feel, so you can settle in from the second you walk in the door. The villa has a fully equipped and functional open plan kitchen/living/dining area, where guests can get together and spend some quality time cooking, eating and relaxing. The whole property has been tastefully designed with comfort in mind, giving it a comfortable and cosy finish. The spacious and luxurious bedrooms consist of a twin room and two double rooms. The two spa-like bathrooms are finished to a very high standard. All of the bedrooms are bright, airy and comfortable, providing the perfect place for guests to recharge after a long day in the sun!
The generous exterior of this property is by far the most special thing about Casa Jomi; a large pool with roman steps sits centre stage, with plenty of sun loungers dotted around for guests to relax on. A large lawn encircles the pool, providing ample space for outdoor play and activities! If alfresco dining is your thing, you are in luck at Casa Jomi – there are three outdoor dining areas, to choose from: one by the pool and one under a shaded build-in barbecue area. The third outdoor dining area is found at the side of the property, so guests can have a little more privacy; grab your morning coffee and sit outside drinking in the view. There is also a more relaxed seating area outside with three armchairs, perfect for pre-dinner drinks. Should you wish to explore outside the villa, there is a vast variety of activities nearby to entertain the whole family. The nearest beach is 3km away, with a lovely restaurant along the way. Beyond this, there are towns, villages and even golf courses to explore.With its impressive facilities and ideal location Casa Jomi has everything guests need to completely relax and switch off.Casa Jomi is located in a quiet area in the centre of the Algarve. Praia de Armação de Pêra beach lies within 3.9km of the villa which is mainly frequented by the local Portuguese population. Albufeira Old Town Square is only around a fifteen-minute drive from Casa Jomi and is known for its buzzing atmosphere and variety of bars, restaurants, shops and galleries. Albufeira is a gorgeous coastal city in the famous southern Algarve region of Portugal. Once a a bustling fishing village, it has since become a major holiday destination with tourists flocking from all over the world to enjoy the Portuguese sunshine.
Albufeira is famed for its stunning sandy beaches and is also home to a busy nightlife strip. Don’t let that fool you though, Albufeira has something for the whole family! Nearby attractions include theme parks, safari, sea experiences, surfing, diving, dolphin spotting, paintball, water sports and much more! It is an excellent location to people-watch with seafront restaurants being beautiful choices for freshly caught fish and dining under the sunrise or sunset. Galeria de Arte Pintor Samora Barros is in this area and is an art gallery dedicated to showcasing the work of late Portuguese painter Samora Barros.
Vilamoura, just under half an hour’s drive away, is a trendy seaside town, that attracts a classy traveller. A host of prestigious yachts & boats swarm the Marina, which spills onto a strip of stylish bars, locally renowned restaurants and a casino. The glamour does not end there, as Praia da Marina and Praia de Falesia – two alluringly sandy beaches, can be found very close by.
This region of Portugal has a fine reputation amongst golf enthusiasts and has a number of championship courses to choose from. If you have any backhanded thoughts regarding golf, never fear, as Vilamoura has over fifty tennis courts for you to choose from. Numerous water-sports centres scattered within the town allow you to enjoy anything from snorkelling to boat trips. With a vast coastline that meets the powerful Atlantic Ocean, Portugal is a true paradise for the keen surfer, or indeed even those looking to try if for the first time, with plenty of surfing schools all along the calmer sections of the coast.
