With an acre and a half of stunning, manicured gardens offering fantastic panoramic views of glorious countryside and out to sea, this villa offers magical entertainment space for 8 guests. Offering both traditional and contemporary features, Casa Primula boasts a fabulous blend of wow factor and luxuriously comfortable living. It is stylish, elegant, vast and beautifully maintained.
Located in the peaceful haven of Malhao, 4km from the nearby village of Boliqueime, the villa is within easy reach of the popular towns of Albufeira and Vilamoura. This really is your own little piece of paradise! The pretty Boliqueime boasts delightful cafes and restaurants together with useful shops. For some fantastic entertainment, you can head for the exclusive marinas and old towns of Albufeira and Vilamoura. Sports fans will be delighted with what is on offer, particularly about golf.
The impeccable impression you gain as you arrive at Casa Primula will not be let down as you tour the villa and the gardens. The beautifully landscaped gardens, spread over two levels, are laid with lawns, flowerbeds, mature olive and cypress trees and colourful shrubs. The backdrop of uninterrupted countryside stretching 12kms to the coast is magnificent. There are two swimming pools. The main one is large at 15m x 5m with corner Roman steps and a pool shower. There is a separate solar heated children’s pool which is still a good size at 7m x 3.5m. At the end of the main pool, you will find fantastic, wooden beamed games and lounge room with a kitchen, lounge area and a fabulous range of games including table football, table tennis, pool, a card table, Playstation, TV and DVD. French doors open onto the poolside terrace. There are both covered and open alfresco dining terraces with a built-in barbecue. You will certainly be spending a lot of your time outside in the gardens of this fantastic villa.
The ground floor of the villa is home to the entrance hall, cloakroom, a very attractive, contemporary living room with a decorative feature fireplace, an excellent dining room with doors to the covered terrace, a superb country style kitchen, a utility room and a modern mezzanine study if you need to catch up on any emails. The villa flows beautifully from room to room. As soon as you enter the villa, the striking entrance hall will impress, and the high, vaulted, beamed living room ceiling gives such a fantastic ambience. The villa was recently refurbished with quality contemporary furnishings throughout.
Two of the four bedrooms are situated on the lower level of the villa. There is a gorgeous double bedroom with a very lovely, fully-tiled ensuite bathroom, dressing area and doors to the side terrace and garden. The twin bedroom on this floor again boasts modern, comfortable furnishings and an ensuite shower room.
The remaining two bedrooms are on the first floor. The double bedroom is fabulous and benefits from a balcony where you can enjoy the panoramic views and an ensuite bathroom. The twin bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. Every bedroom in this luxury villa has its own merits.
You will find it very hard to leave Casa Primula to explore all that the Algarve has to offer!

Casa Primula has fantastic appeal with its huge plot and far-reaching views. With total privacy, excellent entertaining space and tranquillity in the hamlet of Malhao, the villa is also close to the shops, restaurants and bars in Boliquieme, 4km away and only 14km from the busy tourist towns of Albufeira and Vilamoura.
Also close by is the quaint, historical town of Loule. It offers a characterful historic centre and a popular Moorish inspired, colourful covered market. The town is bustling on Saturday mornings when there is also a farmer’s market and a colourful gipsy market. You might like to visit the town’s churches and the castle. There are occasional folk celebrations in the town which are very entertaining.
There are over 100 restaurants and bars in Albufeira to choose from. There is also excellent boutique shopping, beautiful beaches and a lovely promenade. The main square, Jardim Publico de Albufeira, is the heart of the Old Town with open-air restaurants, cafes and bars and frequent live music. The massive Albufeira Shopping Mall boasts some lovely boutiques and a very useful, enormous supermarket. The nightlife continues late into the night in Albufeira, especially around the hedonistic ‘Strip’. The promenade, lined with vibrant bars and cafes, is perfect for an early evening stroll to enjoy enchanting views of the bay and the spectacular sunsets. The pretty winding lanes of the old fisherman’s quarters lead to the Tunel and Peneco Beaches where brightly painted fishing boats rest on the sand after their day’s work.
You may also enjoy visiting the peaceful, picturesque town of Silves or the Old Town of Faro. Silves was originally the ancient capital of the Algarve. With its imposing red brick castle, Gothic cathedral, ancient town walls, open-air cafes and restaurants and the daily market, Silves is very popular.
