Quinta Alvor is a spacious, elegant apartment located in the Prainha Village complex, close to Alvor and just 400m from the fabulous beach.
The 2 bedroom apartment is ideal for a small family of 4. The apartment is decorated in calming, neutral colours and has its own private outdoor space for alfresco dining and a small pool. The holiday complex boasts idyllic views, perfect, manicured gardens and a wide range of quality services and facilities including 3 outdoor pools for adults, 2 pools for children including the Atlantic pool on the cliff with breathtaking views over the ocean, an elevator built into the rocks giving access to the stunning beach, 4 restaurants with diverse specialities and high quality, a tennis court, padel court and much more! The surrounding area is peaceful and well-kept with fantastic golf courses close by as well as being only 2km from the pretty fishing village Alvor.
Quinta Alvor was constructed in 2016, along with the rest of the resort. It is modern with an easy, open plan layout. The living, dining and kitchen area is spacious, comfortable and very well appointed. There are two comfy sofas, including a sofa bed should you have an extra guest. The fully-fitted kitchen is sleek and contemporary with a useful breakfast bar. There are doors to the alfresco dining terrace and the pool terrace. The pool is small at 4m x 2m but it is still lovely to have somewhere private to take a dip. There are two lovely, spacious bedrooms. Both have 2 single beds though they can be next to each other making one large bed. They both have wonderful, pristine bathrooms.
Quinta Alvor is very comfortable and a great base for a fabulous holiday. The facilites of Prainha Village are excellent and the proximity to the beach a bonus. Portimao and all of its wonderful attractions is only 4km away.
