There is even a sommelier, Nuno Pires to take you on a tour of your palate, with a wide selection of Portuguese and international wines. 
Set in 1,000 acres in the Eastern Algarve, between the Serra do Caldeirão mountains and the Atlantic Ocean, the Monte Rei golf courses are some of the most stunning in the region. The Eastern region of the Algarve offers everything from trekking paths to beautiful beaches. You can spend the day on a golden sandy shore, swimming in crystal blue water, before heading back to the resort and freshening up to get yourself ready for some of the outstanding gastronomy.
