This stylish and spacious villa is situated in a quiet residential area, just a short distance from buzzing Albufeira and some of the finest beaches in the Algarve, offering guests an idyllic and serene getaway. This three-bedroom holiday home sleeps six guests comfortably and is an ideal choice for a family, group of friends or multiple couples seeking some fun in the sun. A spacious and elegantly decorated living/dining area provides a great central area for guests to get together and spend some quality time. Sliding glass doors provide direct access to the outdoor pool area from the living space.
The functional and well-equipped kitchen provides plenty of prep space and state-of-the-art appliances, as well as a small breakfast table. The three bedrooms consist of two doubles and one twin bedroom; large windows let daylight beam in, making the rooms feel light and airy. Two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, and there is also an additional shared bathroom. The bedrooms have all been finished to a very high standard, providing private havens for guests to rest and recharge. Directly outside the villa is a shaded outdoor terrace with an outdoor barbecue and dining table, perfect for those who enjoy dining al fresco. Down a couple of steps leads you to a sparkling blue private swimming pool with roman steps that sits centre-stage, inviting guests in to cool down from the blazing Algarve sun. The villa has no shortage of sun loungers for guests to kick back and top up their tan, as well as umbrellas for those that prefer a bit of shade! Additionally, there is a large built-in barbecue fantastic for cooking-up a delicious dinner. There is also a ping pong table for those light-hearted competitions!  There is something for everybody to enjoy at Villa Amerala; the villa is a short drive from the nearest beach, and is also close to Albufeira, which has many exciting sights to see, including a modern shopping mall, great night-life, and the Zoomarine water-amusement park! Furthermore, with Faro airport only being under an hours’ drive away, getting there could not be easier. With its impressive facilities and ideal location, Villa Amerala has everything guests need to relax and switch off completely. Villa Amerala is located in a quiet residential area in the district of Guia, just 7.1km from the nearest beach of Praia da Galé, and just over ten minutes to buzzing Albufeira, a gorgeous coastal city in the famous southern Algarve region of Portugal. Once a bustling fishing village, it has since become a major holiday destination with tourists flocking from all over the world to enjoy the Portuguese sunshine.  Albufeira is famed for its stunning sandy beaches and is also home to a busy nightlife strip. Don’t let that fool you though, Albufeira has something for the whole family! Nearby attractions include theme parks, safari, sea experiences, surfing, diving, dolphin spotting, paintball, water sports and much more! It is an excellent location to people-watch with seafront restaurants being beautiful choices for freshly caught fish and dining under the sunrise or sunset. Galeria de Arte Pintor Samora Barros is in this area and is an art gallery dedicated to showcasing the work of late Portuguese painter Samora Barros.  Vilamoura, just under half an hour’s drive away, is a trendy seaside town, that attracts a classy traveller. A host of prestigious yachts & boats swarm the Marina, which spills onto a strip of stylish bars, locally renowned restaurants and a casino. The glamour does not end there, like Praia da Marina and Praia de Falesia – two alluringly sandy beaches can be found very close by.  This region of Portugal has a fine reputation amongst golf enthusiasts and has a number of championship courses to choose from. If you have any backhanded thoughts regarding golf, never fear, as Vilamoura has over fifty tennis courts for you to choose from. Numerous water-sports centres scattered within the town allow you to enjoy anything from snorkelling to boat trips.
With a vast coastline that meets the powerful Atlantic Ocean, Portugal is a true paradise for the keen surfer, or indeed even those looking to try if for the first time, with plenty of surfing schools all along the calmer sections of the coast.
