With large French doors throughout the villa, the interior feels light and airy. Opening onto the private pool and garden they mix the exterior and interior spaces seamlessly, so you can amble in and out with ease. Inside the downstairs hosts the kitchen and lounge area, with large comfortable sofas and a fireplace for relaxing evenings in, no matter the season.
The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for the modern cook and has a sociable breakfast area, so everyone can gather together each morning, sharing food and coffee, catching up before the start of the day! Also, downstairs are two bedrooms, one double and twin, both boasting en-suites with luxurious massage baths.
Upstairs a double room and the master suite complete the bedrooms, both with modern en-suites. The master bedroom is spacious and with large walk in wardrobes there is no shortage of space, so there is no need to pack light! The master bedroom also boasts a private sun terrace with views over the pool and garden, the perfect spot for a cool glass of wine as you enjoy views of the beach, sea and famous Algarve sunsets.
Outside the private pool is framed by a patio and tall shrubs, providing plenty of privacy for you and your loved ones. With plenty of sun loungers and outdoor seating, everyone can enjoy the sun together, with kids playing on the grass, guests cooling off in the swimming pool and someone grill fresh fish and vegetables on the barbecue! Villa Carva has something for everyone, perfect for a relaxed holiday in the sunshine.
This beautiful villa is located between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo in the Quinta das Salinas resort, just less than 5 minutes walking distance from the beautiful, sandy shores of Ancão beach.
There are several high quality, exquisite restaurants and cafes to be found along the colourful seafront. We recommend trying the nearby, famous “Dos Passos” restaurant, for the delicious food and fabulous atmosphere!
The nearby resorts of Vilamoura and Albufeira can also be easily reached by car in less than 20 minutes, where an even wider range of activities can be enjoyed by all the family.
For golf players, make sure you pack your clubs, as the area is surrounded by numerous golf courses, offering plenty of opportunities to practice your swing! The villa is also 5-minutes walking distance from Rio Formoza National reserve, offering beautiful landscapes and nature, this park features boat and kayak tours, popular with families, as well as birdwatching and beach combing.
Quinta Shopping Centre is a 10-minute drive away, serving your shopping needs! For those who enjoy a more active relaxation, we can recommend run down the beach, or the Quinta Gym fitness Centre is a 5-minute drive away.
