With a large outdoor terrace with a dining area and furniture, perfect for those who enjoy dining al fresco, as well as plenty of sun-loungers for those who want to soak up the Algarve sun. Also, the terrace has natural shade if you do want to escape from the sun for a while. There is also a sparkling blue private outdoor swimming pool with Roman steps access, which is beneficial for individuals with limited mobility.
Surrounded by a slew of sun loungers offering guests the best of both worlds, picture sunning in the afternoon followed by a cooling splash in the crystal-clear waters of your own private pool. Additionally, there is a large built-in barbecue fantastic for cooking-up a delicious dinner. A large lawn encircles the pool, providing lots of space for outdoor play! Set on three levels, the villa’s interior is tasteful and elegant with contemporary features. The ground floor consists of an open-plan living and dining area, with a gorgeous fireplace and lots of comfortable furniture. Furthermore, it has sliding doors that allow the Algarve sun to flood into the rooms, making them bright and airy, and providing direct access to the terrace.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen located on the ground floor, perfect for cooking up family meals in, especially as there is a supermarket nearby where guests can stock up on local ingredients. Upstairs, on the first and second floors, guests will find five comfortable bedrooms and five bathrooms. Each of the bedrooms have two single beds that can be pushed together or left separate; two of the bedrooms even have access to a shared terrace.
All five of the bedrooms offer stylish serenity and unadulterated comfort, each with their own gorgeous interior ensuring that guests feel at home during their stay in the villa. The bathrooms are also a good size and finished to a very high standard.  Should you wish to explore outside the villa, there is a wide variety of activities nearby to entertain the whole family. The nearest beach is visible from the villa, just a short stroll away, and Albufeira beckons with its exciting nightlife, wonderful restaurants and fabulous shopping. Furthermore, with Faro airport only being under an hours’ drive away, getting there could not be easier. With its impressive facilities and ideal location, Villa Maca has everything guests need to relax and unwind completely. Villa Maca is located in a quiet but popular residential area in Albufeira, a gorgeous coastal city in the famous southern Algarve region of Portugal. Once a bustling fishing village, it has since become a major holiday destination with tourists flocking from all over the world to enjoy the Portuguese sunshine. With the beach just 2km away, as well as a host of amenities on your doorstep, Villa Maca provides guests with an extremely convenient location. Albufeira is famed for its stunning sandy beaches and is also home to a busy nightlife strip. Don’t let that fool you though, Albufeira has something for the whole family! Nearby attractions include theme parks, safari, sea experiences, surfing, diving, dolphin spotting, paintball, water sports and much more! It is an excellent location to people-watch with seafront restaurants being beautiful choices for freshly caught fish and dining under the sunrise or sunset. Galeria de Arte Pintor Samora Barros is in this area and is an art gallery dedicated to showcasing the work of late Portuguese painter Samora Barros.  Vilamoura, also a short drive away, is a trendy seaside town, that attracts a classy traveller. A host of prestigious yachts & boats swarm the Marina, which spills onto a strip of stylish bars, locally renowned restaurants and a casino. The glamour does not end there, like Praia da Marina and Praia de Falesia – two alluringly sandy beaches can be found very close by.  This region of Portugal has a fine reputation amongst golf enthusiasts and has a number of championship courses to choose from. If you have any backhanded thoughts regarding golf, never fear, as Vilamoura has over fifty tennis courts for you to choose from. Numerous water-sports centres scattered within the town allow you to enjoy anything from snorkelling to boat trips.
With a vast coastline that meets the powerful Atlantic Ocean, Portugal is a true paradise for the keen surfer, or indeed even those looking to try if for the first time, with plenty of surfing schools all along the calmer sections of the coast.
