Villa Mina offers everything you could want and more from a holiday home! This spacious, modern villa has been completely remodeled to offer bright, open plan living spaces, with family living at the core of its design. The interiors are now sleek and modern, with beautiful lighting and brand-new furniture to accompany the renovations. The villa is located in an extremely quiet area, just a 15-minute walk to the beautiful Vilamoura marina on Portugal’s South coast.
On the ground floor, the new, sleek kitchen feels almost as though it has been pulled from a design magazine and offers huge amounts of space to dream up culinary delights, making home cooking a real joy during your holiday! We always suggest taking inspiration from local ingredients and recipes, so you can gather around the adjacent dining table, savouring the Portuguese flavours! An open archway takes you through to the living room, so although open plan, there is sense of separation between these two spaces. The living room has a fireplace and big sofas that draw you in, creating a more homely, intimate feel, yet still maintaining the same bright, spacious design as the kitchen.
As you move around the villa, there are four spacious bedrooms, all with their own private bathrooms and equipped with air conditioning to ensure a good night sleep even in the hottest months of the year. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, one of which offers its own access to the beautiful rear garden. The remaining two bedrooms are on the first floor, a double and a twin, as well a spacious terrace with a commanding panoramic view! Well furnished you can sit out on the terrace for hours, sipping an aperitif and soaking in the tranquil atmosphere.
On the villa’s lower ground floor, you are in for a real treat, there is a vast open room offering space for fun and games, perfect for celebrations or just time socialising with your family. There is table football, darts, a smart TV, sofas and plenty of books, creating a fantastic hideaway for children and a playroom for adults and kids alike!
Of course, Portugal is often visited for its climate, so we know you will want to spend as much time as possible outdoors. Outside, roman steps lead down into the brilliant private swimming pool, bordered by loungers and outdoor seating so you can relax in the sun. There is a small garden with a swing and barbecue, perfect for lazy afternoons.

This modern villa is located in an extremely quiet area, just a 15-minute walk to the beautiful Vilamoura marina on Portugal’s South coast. Vilamoura has a rich Roman history. It is an old fishing village and Roman Baths can still be found in the town. The ancient walls tell the history of the town through their beautiful murals and it is a great afternoon activity taking photos and appreciating these old paintings.
Vilamoura attracts classy travellers, playing host to prestigious yachts and expensive boats in the Marina. This extravagant show, spills onto a strip of stylish bars and locally renowned restaurants, as well as a casino. The glamour does not end there as Praia da Marina and Praia de Falesia, two alluringly sandy beaches, can be found a short walk away, with an abundance of sun-tanned tourists. Of course, you do not have to own a yacht to admire them, so a walk around the Marina can be very entertaining!
Vilamoura is also incredibly popular with golfers, with the surrounding area offering an abundance of championship courses to choose from. The region has an excellent reputation with golf enthusiasts, so make sure you pack your clubs and tee off. If golf isn’t your games, then fear nor, there are also over fifty tennis courts in the town and numerous water sports centers, where you can choose anything from snorkeling to boat trips!
We all know holidays often revolve around culinary delights and guests will be truly spoilt for choice when it comes to picking a restaurant to eat at! The Algarve is known for its delicious food and diverse cuisine, and there are countless restaurants in and around Vilamoura, for all price ranges.
The closest airport is located in Faro, less than a 30-minute drive from the villa and offering frequent international flights.
