Located on the Pedregal estate, an estate of distinction and style, in Cabo San Lucas, Casa Leonetti offers sensational, luxurious accommodation for eight guests. With breathtaking panoramic views of the dazzling azure Sea of Cortez and Cabo’s world class marina, the villa is the perfect place to relax, enjoy the Cabo sunshine and the incredibly varied entertainment that Cabo San Lucas has to offer. The villa boasts four exceptional bedrooms, three of which enjoy balconies or terraces, gorgeous ensuite bathrooms and stunning ocean vistas.
This magnificent villa enjoys a classic arched entrance, enchanting domed ceilings, majestic staircases, wondrously wide windows, a gorgeous terrace and high-ceilinged opulence. You are in your own very private retreat looking out at sensational sweeping vistas. Casa Leonetti feels very grand yet very welcoming.
The main living space at the villa is open plan in design with a bank of floor-to-ceiling sliding doors opening to the terrace. Glorious Cabo sunlight illuminates this wondrous space. You will find unique, exposed stone features, sumptuous furnishings, detailed chandeliers and a lovely vaulted ceiling. You will dine and lounge with a view and the chef in your party will be delighted with the excellent gourmet kitchen. At one end of the open plan living space, it is a very social kitchen and offers outstanding appliances.
The bedrooms are a delight. The enormous master enjoys a superb king-size bed, a beautiful ocean view, terrace access and an incredible en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath. On the ground floor, this bedroom is perfect for those less mobile and offers wheelchair access. Two other magnificent suites offer king-size beds, ocean views, balconies and en-suite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom has two double beds which can be put together to make an enormous bed. Each of the bedrooms has its own charms. You will discover beautifully carved furnishings, domed ceilings, stone features and exquisite linens adorning the beds. If you don’t get the bath with its stunning view, you will definitely want a turn in it! You had better get the fizz chilling as you will want to take a glass with you! The villa also offers a queen sofa bed in the living room should you have an extra guest.
Much of your time at Casa Leonetti will be outside enjoying the glorious sunshine. The terrace boasts an appealing swimming pool, a Jacuzzi and a good selection of loungers and chairs where you will be enthralled by the seascapes in front of you. You will enjoy alfresco dining using the villa’s gas barbecue and will delight at the magical sky when it lights up at sunset. Equally spectacular are the early morning sunrises. Casa Leonetti is located on the prestigious Pedregal estate, overlooking Cabo San Lucas’ gorgeous coastline and stunning world class marina.
