As you wander through the impressive living spaces, feeling the cool Saltillo tiles underfoot, you will be mesmerised by the attention to detail. So much has been given to creating fun and relaxation for every guest. Casa Turquesa has to be the ultimate in luxury villas. It is utterly charming with beamed ceilings, fireplaces, vibrant artworks and incredible light streaming in. Though it is vast and perfect for large celebrations, there are quiet corners everywhere so guests can always find a comfy place to read, play cards, enjoy a glass of wine or just contemplate the joy and wonder of these surroundings. Opulent furnishings beckon you and exquisite artworks will catch your eye. The living spaces open fully to the main terrace bringing the outside in. The indoor living spaces include a massive country kitchen with granite surfaces and commercial grade appliances, indoor dining for up to twenty eight guests, a den/library, a full gym with free weights, a treadmill elliptical, spin bike and Universal machines as well as a sauna plus a full theatre room with surround-sound and ten reclining leather chairs. There is also additional seating for up to twelve more should you want a movie evening.
All nine bedrooms enjoy deluxe private bathrooms and most have incredible ocean views. The Great Whale suite has a king-size bed as has the Sand Dollar Suite, Dorado Suite and the Marlin Suite. The Conch, Nautilus, Tuna and Sailfish Suites have two queen beds and the Sardine Suite has four triple bunk beds sleeping twelve in total. Children will have an absolute ball in this fun room! Every bedroom has a safe and some have televisions. The master suite boasts a luxury steam bath.
The outside space is equally stunning. The main terrace boasts a large infinity swimming pool with swim-up bar and jacuzzi, a shaded pergola, outdoor lounging and alfresco dining that can accommodate up to twenty eight guests. Guests can enjoy the outdoor fireplace and gas barbecue as well as the outdoor stereo system. Children will enjoy the grassed play area. This is definitely the jewel in the crown for special celebrations. Casa Turquesa also offers a putting green and shuffleboard court for your entertainment.
If desired Chef Lorenzo can provide all meals for guests for an additional fee. Outside caterers must be pre-approved by the owner. It offers a memorable holiday with dazzling white sandy beaches, a dramatic, fascinating coastline, never-ending parties, renowned gastronomy and an endless list of activities. It has serious holiday cred and offers something for everyone. Visitors enjoy sailing trips at sunset and night time, mesmerising coves and rock formations at the Cannery beaches, the famous sight known as El Arco or The Arch, fun conga lines, whale-watching, camel riding through the Desert Park Natural Reserve and unforgettable scenery.   Cabo San Lucas is very famous for the dramatic arching stone cliffs at Land’s End where visitors can enjoy watching the sea lions sunbathing on the rocks. There are many boat trips to enjoy the coastline including glass-bottomed boats, catamarans for sunset sailing and nippy speedboats that whizz out to the Pacific Ocean on humpback whale and dolphin spotting trips. Be prepared to get wet on the whale watching trips!
The activities around Cabo San Lucas are endless. There is a huge range of watersports including jet-skiing, banana boating, snorkeling, kayaking, parasailing, kitesurfing and diving. Cabo is also now a big-time golf destination with more than a dozen championship courses offering a unique desert-meets-the-sea setting. A thirty minute drive takes you to San Jose del Cabo where you will find cosy taco restaurants and a lovely pastel painted square. Just a little further is East Cape Beach, one of the most unique and dramatic beaches in the region. It is bordered by desert trails, criss-crossed by quad biking routes. Outside of the city limits, you are surrounded by nature, caracara birds, majestic cordon cacti and mystical streams. Two very popular beaches are Lovers Beach and Divorce Beach. Lovers Beach is reached by boat and Divorce Beach is very popular with experienced surfers due to the fierce waves.
Cabo offers an excellent, vibrant nightlife with exotic, colourful bars and delectable seafood restaurants. The region’s cuisine has established an impressive international reputation. You can dine with a view of the famous Arch at Land’s End at Sunset Monalisa which is carved into the hillside or dine in luxury at the Resort overlooking Solmar Beach.
