The villa’s amenities are endless and include the infinity edge swimming pool, spa hot tub, outdoor kitchen, contemporary linear firepit with lounge seating, a full commercial indoor kitchen, wine cellar, home theatre room, gym, spa with private massage treatment rooms, sound systems and gaming. The house staff team of four work everyday between 8am and 5pm to ensure that you enjoy your stay plus staff can cater for you using the impressive, commercial appliances. Stella Residence is built on three levels with four of the stunning bedroom suites on the upper floor. All nine of the kingsize beds feature plush Four Seasons Hotel Signature mattresses for your comfort. On the upper floor, the Dahlia Primary Suite is a gorgeous master suite, incredibly spacious with an oversized terrace and lounge chairs with fabulous direct ocean and pool views. The luxurious bathroom boasts an oversized deep soaking tub, where you can relax and enjoy the stunning views as well as a steam shower. Morning Glory and Marigold are smaller king suites with marina views and private bathrooms. The Sunflower Suite is a delightful king bedroom with the addition of a queen sofa sleeper for extra guests as well as a wonderful furnished terrace and a large bathroom.
The special Honeysuckle Suite is on the main level. It boasts a spectacular king bedroom with a terrace overlooking the ocean, a fabulous bathroom with a bath and shower and a lovely private outdoor shower garden. You can walk straight to the pool. The Blue Agave Suite is on the main level but is a separate corner suite boasting a king bedroom, a wonderful bathroom and amazing views.
The remaining four suites are situated on the lower level, again with sea views and gorgeous private bathrooms with luxury toiletries. The Orchid Suite enjoys a garden terrace with lounge chairs overlooking the ocean. The Sage Suite is oversized with a dramatic canopy bed, lounge area and a side terrace with partial sea view. The Pitaya Suite offers two full-size beds overlooking the glistening waters and opens out onto a tropical garden. The Plumeria Suite is another king with a wraparound terrace stepping onto a tropical garden. Its bathroom opens onto a private hot tub oasis – what bliss! Each of the bedrooms features a safe and there are mini-fridges in 8 of the rooms.
The main entertainment spaces of this wonderful villa include a very grand living room, indoor dining, a full  kitchen, a chef’s kitchen with a double pizza oven, deep fryer, broiler and griddle, wine cellar, a bar, a home theatre room for 12 with a good selection of films and the incredible ocean-view gym which is equipped with Life Fitness treadmills, elliptical machines, a bike, weights, a spa with two private massage treatment rooms which open out to a pretty, tranquil fountain area and also a dry sauna. A Sonos sound system and Xbox gaming system are provided for your enjoyment.
The outside space features a gorgeous infinity swimming pool with a shallow sundeck, a hot tub for eight guests and an outdoor living area with a seriously impressive poolside bar complete with TV, fridge and ice maker. Guests can also enjoy alfresco dining and fabulous evenings enjoying the modern firepit surrounded by deep cushion sofa seating. The professional outdoor kitchen includes a Viking Grill and Fryer hot plate. The outdoor media system is cool and impressive. The villa’s gardens are beautiful and with the uninterrupted ocean views. Stella Residence is hard to beat! Tennis courts are available through the Tennis Club which is a 10 minute walk away.

It has serious holiday cred and is located at the most southern point of Mexico’s Baja California peninsula. There is something for everyone from sedate sailing, alluring coves and rock formations at the Cannery beaches, the famous sight known as El Arco or The Arch, conga lines, whale-watching and unforgettable scenery. You can enjoy the vibrant nightlife and buzzy beach scene but you can also escape the crowds and see Cabo from a completely different perspective, seated on top of a camel in the Desert Park Natural Reserve. You can learn about the local flora, fauna and culture from your guide before tasting delicious tequilas and tortillas. Cabo San Lucas is famous for the dramatic arching stone cliffs at Land’s End. Photographers will capture not only the stone arches but also the many sea lions sunbathing on the rocks. There are various boat trips available including glass-bottomed boats, catamarans for sunset sailing and nippy speedboats that whizz out to the Pacific Ocean on humpback whale and dolphin spotting trips.
You couldn’t possible get bored in Cabo San Lucas. There are watersports including jet-skiing, banana boating, snorkeling, kayaking, parasailing, kitesurfing and diving as well as horseriding and golf. Cabo is also now a big-time golf destination with more than a dozen championship courses offering a unique desert-meets-the-sea setting.
A thirty minute drive takes you to the quieter, charming resort of San Jose del Cabo where you will find cosy taco restaurants and a lovely pastel painted square. Just a little further is East Cape Beach, one of the most unique and dramatic beaches in the region. It is bordered by desert trails, criss-crossed by quad biking routes.
Two very popular beaches in the area are Lovers Beach and Divorce Beach. Lovers Beach is reached by boat and Divorce Beach is very popular with experienced surfers due to the turbulent waves.
Cabo offers an excellent, vibrant nightlife with exotic, colourful bars and delicious seafood restaurants. The region’s cuisine has established an impressive international reputation and although the seafood is notable you will also enjoy a variety of international foods and, of course, the delicious Mexican tacos and tortillas.
