With a fabulous blend of open-plan, sophisticated, contemporary design and supreme, luxurious comfort, guests cannot fail to relax and enjoy this very special villa. The decor and furnishings are all modern and the dazzling white facade with its beautiful cacti garden is stunning. There is marble flooring throughout and an excellent Sonus sound system.The beautifully appointed living area extends onto the large ocean-view pool terrace, bringing the outside in as one. The streamlined kitchen and dining area is superb and flows beautifully into the sunken indoor seating area and the outdoor terrace.The whole space is beautiful. The salt-water infinity pool boasts sunken loungers to cool off as well as a sensational jacuzzi for eight. Alfresco dining and lounging can be enjoyed with cocktails watching the sun go down. Delicious suppers can be prepared using the villa’s gas grill. It is also possible to arrange a private chef.
Villa Tanzanita was remodeled in 2020 with stunning effect. The villa is built over three floors so that all of the rooms benefit from the fabulous panoramic views. The remarkable master bedroom suite offers a kingsize bed, a queen sofa bed, a gorgeous private bathroom and a terrace with ocean view. There are three further suites with kingsize beds, a balcony or terrace and private en-suite bathrooms, all with mesmerising sea views. Four bedroom suites enjoy 2 queen beds with sea views and balconies or terraces and en-suites and the final suite boasts 2 kingsize beds as well as an en-suite and terrace. The bathrooms are just perfect, all in white with powerful showers and simple, minimalist design, just like the bedrooms. It is not often that all of the bedrooms in a villa offer similar luxury and views. This villa is superbly comfortable and an absolute delight. Cabo has it all with serene azure waters, dazzling white sandy beaches, a stunning dramatic coastline, a vibrant party scene, an impressive dining scene and an endless list of activities.
Cabo San Lucas is located at the most southern point of Mexico’s beautiful Baja California peninsula. There is something for everyone at Cabo. Every age group will be very happy. Sailing and water sports are very popular as are whale watching trips and visits to enjoy the alluring coves and rock formations, especially the famous sight known as El Arco or The Arch. Visitors can escape the crowds and see Cabo from a completely different perspective, seated on top of a camel in the Desert Park Natural Reserve. You can learn about the local flora, fauna and culture from your guide before tasting delicious tequilas and tortillas. There are many boat trips available from Cabo including glass-bottomed boats, catamarans for sunset sailing and nippy speedboats that whizz out to the Pacific Ocean on humpback whale and dolphin spotting trips. You can even take a whale ‘concert’ trip where the crew drop a hydrophone which picks up the songs of the humpbacks, a loud, complex series of sounds repeated over and over. It is fascinating.
Cabos’ fabulous beaches offer watersports including jet-skiing, banana boating, snorkeling, kayaking, parasailing, kitesurfing and diving as well as colourful beach bars and restaurants. Two firm favourites are Lovers Beach and Divorce Beach. There is also horseriding and golf available. Cabo is also now a big-time golf destination with more than a dozen championship courses offering a unique desert-meets-the-sea setting.
The quieter, charming resort of San Jose del Cabo is 30 minutes away. You will enjoy its lovely pastel painted square and cosy taco restaurants. East Cape Beach is just a little further on. It is one of the most unique and dramatic beaches in the region, bordered by desert trails, criss-crossed by quad biking routes.
Cabo offers an excellent, vibrant nightlife with exotic, colourful bars and delicious seafood restaurants. The region’s cuisine has established an impressive international reputation and although the seafood is extremely popular, you will also enjoy a variety of international foods including delicious Mexican tacos and tortillas.Services @ Villa Tanzanita
